We have a 27-year history of providing outstanding Scientific Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the U.S. Federal Government and U.S. Department of Defense. We specialize in providing scientific, engineering, integration, implementation, and operational and life cycle support services in support of both existing and evolving RF and terrestrial communication systems. We also have extensive expertise with terrestrial secure data and switched voice telecommunications systems, and nuclear and survivable C2, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and enterprise information systems and networks.

We have established an infrastructure of outstanding strategists, technologists and innovative business processes tailored to effectively support the network-centric requirements of 21st century defense missions. Over 90% of our staff members have technical degrees including over 45% with Masters or Ph D degree. This highly skilled workforce combines education with many years of experience with military and commercial information technology systems to provide exceptional services to its customers.

Not only does our work span the entire life cycle of systems and programs, we perform numerous services that provide in-depth support to our customers in each of the various phases of the life cycle of systems and programs. As an example, we have played an instrumental role over the past years in planning, engineering, and managing various DOD C4 systems including but not limited to: Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Defense Information Infrastructure (DII)/Common Operating Environment (COE), Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES), Joint Command Control (JC2)/Net-Enabled Command and Capability (NECC), Nuclear C2 and Survivable Emergency Conferencing Network (SECN), Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Communications Network (GCN), and Global Information Grid (GIG)/Defense Information Systems Network (DISN)/DISN Core Network (DCN) terrestrial data and voice switched networks and programs. We are not only expert in the individual program, but also expert specifically in each system as it relates to each service and government agency’s functions and responsibilities, including individual operational requirements, on-going and future planning, missions, and implementation initiatives. Our certified experts in ISO 9001:2000, Earned Value Management (EVM), and LEAN Six Sigma constantly apply its quality and performance management tools and techniques not only improve the FCI internal processes but also to measure and continuously improve the quality of the services rendered and products delivered under any of our contracts.
